The cleaning stuff were not cleaning the bath and basin the days we stayed there

I liked the provisions of the cleaning services, this resembles a proper hotel, yet it is an apartment. Linen, particularly white linen that is frequently changed, represents the highest standard of hygiene and is much appreciated. In fact, the apartment provided more than the basic necessities, but also more convenient facilities such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. Just one suggestion: Please include a frying pan among your pots.

We loved the apartment, it had an amazing view and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. Pumeza was so accommodating to us and she is an angel on earth! Every request we had she helped us immediately

There was not enough kitchenware for this to be a self catering listing. For example there was only one knife for chopping and it was blunt. The plugs were also very far apart but there were no extension plugs.

너무 편안하고 안전하고 깨끗하였습니다. 두번째 머물렀던 숙소였는데, 다음에 다시 예약 할 가능성이 아주 높습니다. 케이프 타운 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 오히려 덜 번잡하고 한적해서 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

Daily cleaning. Helpful staff. Allow you to store luggage should you have an early arrival. Central location within walking distance to amenities and canal walk mall.

There was frequent smell of weed in the building.
