Ottima posizione, nel centro di Spello e vicina ad un parcheggio gratuito. Camera di buone dimensioni e con una bellissima vista. La persona che ci ha accolti ha spiegato molto bene i principali luoghi di attrazione della città.

Le prese vicino al letto per caricare lo smartphone sono fondamentali, ma spesso non ci sono. In questo caso ce n'era una su due.

In pieno centro, molto comodo a piedi. Ci sono parcheggi a poca distanza dalla struttura. Gestori gentilissimi, colazione semplice ma buona. Pochi contro, la tv dovrebbe essere più grande, gli asciugamani sono duri e servirebbe un distributore automatico per bevande calde e fredde, essendo che oltre la colazione, non c’è possibilità di avere altro. In sostanza consigliato
