During my work trip, I enjoyed the close proximity to my workplace. The flat is also close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The AC in the bedroom was ideal, especially given the hot heat. The apartment was cozy. It has been renovated and looked clean with a nice bathroom. The owner provided very detailed instruction on how to enter the apartment and was very kind.

The owner replied quickly to our queries

1. Bad sound proofing 2. The door locking system wasn't practical. - We needed multiple tries to unlock the door every time. 3. Lack of warm water in the shower. - This was really unacceptable. There was no hot water in the shower and when I messaged the owner to ask him how I could warm up the water, he replied that 'it isn't possible '. 4. Stains on the bed sheets 5. No bathroom supplies. - Just three days before our arrival the owner texted us that "he has decided not to provide a bathroom kit". We believe that this should have been mentioned among the room details before booking. 5. Location didn't feel safe. - It was dark, not so close to the city center and the entrance of the main building wasn't locked.
