Close to the concert that I attend

Room floor wasn't sweep good, running tub facet, tub not cleaned. Lobby area smelled of smoking/pot. Parking lot was not clean, trash everywhere. One of the room lights didn't work. Walls were thin, could here other guests.

Nothing.

The staff was rude, very dirty, and there was lots of homelessness around the property. Not feeling safe. No housekeeping, lots of trash, bad smell, room in very bad shape, etc.

Stay away unless you literally have no other place to go. Then you will fit in with the other guests. Booked 2 nights based on ratings online. Walked in, paid, started to my room, turned around and never went back. Best decision of my life.
