Rooms super clean? Lobby smells really good and they have some refreshing drinks at the lobby too. Highly recommend

I spent six absolutely memorable nights at this hotel, and can't praise the excellence of the service offered enough. The manager, Laura, demonstrates a remarkable professionalism and friendliness that make the experience unique. Her sense of welcome, her availability and her ability to anticipate customer needs are quite simply exceptional. The entire staff shares this same positive energy: every member of the team is exemplary in his or her cordiality, always ready to help with a smile and impressive efficiency. The hotel itself is impeccable: the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the layout and lighting are subtly thought out. The breakfast is incredibly varied and extremely tasty. But it's really the humanity and dedication of Laura and her team that make all the difference. From the first floor to the charming rooftop pool, everything is perfect. I warmly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

The team at Le’s Cham were so helpful for our first visit to Nha Trang. Nothing for them was too hard, the rooms were beautiful, cool, clean and beds were super comfy! Not to mention the pool and the beautiful massage in house!! 100% Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely be returning!

Room is very clean and all people is very kind. But bath’s door lock was broken, so I cannot lock door.
