Great staff, good facilities, large and clean room and a comfy bed. Not much else you can ask for.

Room is not sufficiently sound proof (like most of these tower hotels). You can hear the neighbouring room quite easily.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff that genuinely want to make sure your needs are met. The pool is fantastic with great views over the city.

We loved staying here. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are immaculate and have everything you need including sockets for all types of plugs. The room was cleaned every day and water, tea and coffee refilled. The view was great and the pool and gym were well equipped and a real bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good and has something for everyone. It's right in the centre of Nha Trang and right next to cafes, bars and restaurants with plenty of Ban Mi available. We extended our stay there twice because we loved it so much. Will definitely stay there again when we're back in Nha Trang ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our room on the 10th floor has lovely views of the city and beach, loads of natural light from the windows. The WiFi is strong here as well, with good Internet speed. Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely above average with plenty of options and variety, my only issue is certain guests are not smart enough to avoid coughing all over the buffet when taking food, very disgusting, however this is not the hotels fault. We also encountered guests smoking in the corridors despite clear signs saying no smoking, maybe remove the bins with sand in the lids as this might encourage smoking? Location wise, it's in the middle of everything, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars all within seconds of the hotel, also the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The hotel does have its own loungers at the beach (we hardly saw them used by other guests) , but they are on the back row, not a problem for us but if you want loungers on the front row you'll have to pay. Staff are always very friendly, smiling and welcoming. On our last day, they started very noisy construct work on a building opposite the hotel, so we were woken up at 7AM, not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. In my opinion this hotel is great value for money and I would happily visit again.
