ロケーションが良かった

玄関先が坂で滑りやすかったのでせめて敷地のアスファルトまでは雪かきをしてほしいなと思いました。 転けやすいのはわかっていたのですが唯一この入り口だけ で転倒しました。

Mid-point from Otaru station and to the main shopping street. However, it was near to the Otaru canal and Family mart is just across the road. Love the small balcony in the loft. Rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable. High tea breakfast was elegant and staff thoughtfully enquired about food allergies. Staff was tremendously helpful and nice.

Enjoyed the Loft room although the space was tight. Would be great to have more hangers to hang winter clothings and towels etc. especially when it accommodates up to 4 persons.

Beautiful decoration which fits to the town of Otaru. High ceiling. We slept so well. Walking distance to the canal, which we really appreciated at night to go to take pictures.

The wine tasting was a good idea but we wished to have a little snack on the side.. The breakfast was nicely presented but it lacks something warm.

친절하고 엄청나게 깨끗한 시설. 1층 Bar의 서비스와 칵테일, 주류는 최고. 오타루 주요 여행 포인트 최 근접 위치. 객실 컨디션 최고.

조식이 모두 프렌치 웨스턴 스타일이라 일본식을 기대했던 상황에는 조금 아쉬움. 음식 퀄리티와 서비스는 최상.
