Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Active military personnel must be 18 years of age or older with valid photo identification to check-in. The lobby is closed on Sunday's. The front desk office hours are Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm. Full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between. You may schedule additional housekeeping services for an additional cost. Towels and linens are available at the front reception. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Dishes are not provided in the rooms, but dish packs are available for purchase. Valid credit card and deposit required for ALL guests at check in: $50 deposit for daily guests, $100 deposit for weekly/monthly guests. Deposit to be released at check-out upon room inspection. Cash is not an accepted form of payment. Please note that this property allows emotional support animals/service animals only.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very disappointing."

Friendly staff.

It is a Sec 8 housing facility with clientele of questionable habits. There was no Wi-Fi most of the time we were there. The laundry area was a pig sty. There was no phone in the room. No iron or hairdryer available.

"Great value! Close to everything"

Close to Lakewood and restraunts

Shady people staying here, I think they were all doing drugs? I think some homeless people staying outsideโ€ฆ and there was dirty looking vents and walls, and paint

"If you donโ€™t wanna leave with roaches bed bugs or crackheads knocking your door all night DONT STAY HERE!!"

Literally nothing

I hated the fact that the room was INFESTED!! So bad with roaches opened my covers and there was like 7 dead ones on the bed and like everywhere we looked there was a roach not to mention hair EVERYWHERE and dried blood on my curtains and it STANK so bad

Nothing

The room smelled bad. It was not clean. It was not safe. Windows were broken and would not close. The bedding was dirty. The walls and floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Things were broken and damaged.
