There was no breakfast offered which we didn't expect and the location was fine.However, our key did not work and we had to call the after hours phone number to let us in m. On our second night we encountered a similar problem and the after hour person did not answer the telephone I took photos,f you would care to see, to show how much repair was needed.In the room. While there was a kitchen there was no way to use the kitchen as not even a cup was provided. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder!

The sink, heating unit, door keys, providing minimal kitchen supplies. Listing this inn. really compromises the reliability of Booking com, a site we frequently use. I actually think we should be offered a refund.

NOTHING! It was horrible. I spent 5mins in the room and checked out. Sheets had stains, the tubs was highly stained, and it reeked of cigarettes. They posting said it was non smoking booking.com should not have this place available for customers to book. This is not a 2 star establishment. It's a zero star.

This was a terrible room. We walked in and there were no pillows on the beds, no trash bags in the trash can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The radiators on the walls were rusty and dirty, there was a puddle in front of the fridge, and the floors needed to be swept. We turned the TV on and there was no signal, because the antenna cable was broken and barely connected to the TV. We called and asked for pillows and for someone to fix the TV, and we were told that someone would come in the morning for the TV. That night, a huge bug ran across my bed, and the next morning there was absolutely NO hot water, and also no plugs for the bathtub! I asked about having someone come spray for bugs, and they didn't have anyone who could do it before Monday (we were there Friday-Sunday). Also, the office is only open from 11am - 7pm, so we had to wait until they opened on Saturday to get toilet paper and hot water! They never fixed the TV because the maintenance man called out. The pictures made it look nice, it was NOT. We would have asked for a refund but we booked through a 3rd party so we couldn't get one.

Has a 28 day policy. Other then that place is decent. Front office is very nice!!!

Travelocity you should be ashamed for posting this place as a hotel. It’s a month to month rental for those that can’t afford housing. This is not a hotel, motel, or anything that a traveler would ever want to stay at. Disgusting, in disrepair, smelled awful. The bed was kind of comfy 4/10.
