This place is disgusting. The grounds are littered with trash. The room they gave us was filthy. They rent to families who are a step away from homeless. Those families deserve better. Much better. We walked out and found a place that wasn’t a hideous rathole. I hope there’s a place in hell for the owner of this blight. Taking people’s money and treating them with contempt is reprehensible

There’s nothing really to like about the property, other than they have ample parking.

This property was absolutely disgusting, falling apart, and without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in the US. There were similarly bad places in some 3rd World countries.

The place wasn't a clean place ....alot of monthly renters that just downgrades the establishment....hotels.com should take this off your site.

Check-in was fast and friendly enough. I should have suspected something when I was not asked for a security deposit.

I did not know it, but this hotel caters to long term bottom budget tenets. Dilapidated trailers and gangs of kids screaming around the parking lot on bikes and scooters. The rooms reflect this as they are large and sparsely furnished to allow for personal storage. The room was a maintenance nightmare. I wont explain it, just see photos as the ones they show online are woefully incorrect.

We got in late due to our flight being changed. We had called this place to make sure that we would still be able to get our room that was pre-paid for. When we got to the office to call after hours number, it felt unsafe being there. Wr literally saw someone onna

Staff who checked us is was extremely nice and welcoming. Not the cleanest bathroom, beds were a bit squeaky, other guests were loud, but for the price the hotel did the job and was the most affordable option to red rocks. I would do a quick stay again if I was going to a concert and needed somewhere to sleep.

Room smelled of chemical, cat urination, throw-up, and rotting animal i mean terrible. This place has no idea of what cleanliness is as everything in the room was dirty and stained keep in mind i only was in the room for only ten minutes before i walked out and stayed in a much cleaner better hotel

The staff and service was great. This property is only decent if you’re on a budget. The room was awful, tons of holes in the walls and very not well made furniture and whatnot. Also, the worst part is the how pungent it was with the smell of cigarettes. We tried to air out the room with the windows and AC but it stunk the whole time we spent there. The only upside was how friendly and nice the staff are and how easy check in was even after hours. The neighborhood is bad if you don’t have a car but also cop cars were around and it wasn’t near anything accessible. Only good if you’re looking for a place to sleep and not stay in. The floors were also obviously not swept or cleaned as there was dirt and other miscellaneous items on it (such as a used contact lens). The furniture was unkempt and torn up. Again, only bright side was cost and staff, everything else was not great.
