Die Lage - 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, ca 2 km bis zum Vaporettoanleger - war großartig. Wunderbar historisches Gebäude; sehr ausgefallene individuelle Ausstattung, angelehnt an die Alpenarchitektur. Gemisch aus sehr alten Möbeln und 60er Jahre-Style. Wunderbarer Garten, liebevoll gestaltet! Gutes Frühstück mit außerordentlich freundlichem Service!

Da das Hotel neben dem Gelände der Biennale-Filmfestspiele lag, hörten wir auch die Musik der Aftershow-Party (ca. 100 Meter entfernt!). Es war sehr laut, aber vor allem aufgrund der alten Fenster unseres Hotelzimmers. Diese vibrierten und klapperten so laut, dass der Sound kaum noch zu hören war. An Schlaf war bis 4:30 nicht zu denken. Ich hätte seitens der Hotelleitung irgendeine Form der Entschädigung erwartet, aber das Thema wurde nur „weggelächelt“.

Family-owned hotel with exceptional history and atmosphere. You have the feeling that time stops there, but in a very good sense. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The beach is practically next to the hotel. Even if the hotel looks a bit outdated, it is very well maintained and super clean. Totaly recommended and worth of regular visit :-).
