Anaka sweet home

I wanted to book for one night but was told they only did two so said , in writing, OK I will go elsewhere which I thought was a cancellation. So I booked an alternative. Anaka lured me in back by making me think they would accept the single night after all......but when I realised this wasn;'t so it was too late so they forced me to pay the two nights......and I had to pay for the night in the other place as well. So I ended up paying three nights for one !. It would have been good customer service if Anak or Booking . com had refunded me for the two unused nights but after repeated unanswered requests I realised their systems are totally inflexible and don't allow this.

The settings is modern with good fridge and air conditioner, very important for summers. The property is super clean and spacious with comfy bed. We got upgraded to the room, Grey. The location is excellent, right at the edge of the old town, with street parking right outside the main entrance. We were able to park at the street on both days we stay during the day. There is also private parking €8 per day, good option. The view is nice, 180 degrees sea view. The host is a gentleman who assisted us with the fast check-in and luggages.
