I forgot my wallet in the room I had just checked out of and requested to retrieve said wallet. CEO says “no one can go inside because someone has been there for a month” Which was a lie because I was in there for 4 days. CEO has zero credibility and will hold your possessions hostage because she’s an idiot

Room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Beads were comfortable. Loved the deep tub!! We had a cooked to order breakfast of Eggs, bacon, and hash browns in the morning. The staff was excellent!!! Natalia who covered the front desk summoned the Adrianna the YB manager who was able to help us with a special need before checking in. I will stay here again if I am in Bismarck!!!
