There were still items in the room from another guest which shows the room wasn't properly cleaned. There was no hand soap or body wash in the room. When I brought the issue to the front desk agent, she said she would get some one to go to the room but no one came. Also, I had tried calling multiple, multiple times prior to my check in to let the agent know I will be checking in late because my flight landed late but there was no answer. There is a phone there; I am assuming it is just for decoration.

TV cable/internet system; wanted to watch Monday Night Football but even the desk staff couldn’t figure out why the game couldn’t be found (was on network so nothing like Hulu etc.) - disappointed
