MDF音楽祭に出演する関係者、多数のMusicianが滞在していたこと。有名ドラマーを目の当たりにしました。 そのような雰囲気に歴史と合致するホテル。

清掃、シーツ交換、タオル補充、シャンプー補充、ゴミ出し等のhousekeeping は、完全自己申告制でした。つまり、何も言わない滞在期間中はゴミが室内に溜まり不衛生な、シーツも汚れたまま、タオルも生臭く過ごすことになります。強く提案します。これはもう少し宿泊客に強く明確に訴える必要があります。どこに言うのか？、STAFF？Front？電話か？紙に書く？ＷＥＢ？英語できない人家族はどうするのか?歴史のあるホテルだからこそ、エコフレンドリーの現代に合わせた、この面について顧客対応の改善を希望します。

​Regarding the housekeeping policy, I would like to constructively share my experience and suggest some improvements for future guest satisfaction. ​First, the phrase "Please stop by desk" in the information sheet can be easily misunderstood by non-native English speakers as an instruction to "avoid visiting" the desk. To prevent any confusion, using clearer phrasing such as "Please visit the front desk" or "Please come to the front desk" would be highly recommended. ​Second, because the specific procedure was unclear, my room received no housekeeping service at all during my entire stay. To implement your Eco-Friendly policy effectively without causing anxiety or inconvenience to guests, please consider including the following detailed guidelines in your information sheet: ​Clear Deadlines and Methods: State precisely by what time (e.g., "by 10:00 AM") and through which method (e.g., "dial extension number X" or "inform the front desk") guests need to request the service. ​Operational Hours: Specify the exact hours during which housekeeping services are available. ​Scheduled Housekeeping Days: If there is a fixed schedule (such as Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), please explicitly indicate those days as a baseline. ​Staff Roles: Clarify whether requests must be made exclusively at the front desk, or if approaching a housekeeping staff member in the hallway is also acceptable. ​Providing these concrete details will ensure a seamless experience for your guests while successfully maintaining your eco-friendly standards. Furthermore, the policy regarding trash collection was also unclear. Leaving trash uncollected unless explicitly requested causes issues with sanitation and guest comfort. Even for an eco-friendly hotel, routine trash collection should be handled more accessibly, or a clear method for disposing of it should be provided to ensure proper hospitality.
