Extended Stay America Suites Kansas City Airport

Reserved and paid for room. Due to airline delays attempted late check-in. Was refused room due "an audit being run". No attempt to assist. Just informed nothing they could do for us. Had to find another hotel, for higher price, in early morning hours. Attempted to obtain refund and was refused until I went through corporate. Nothing on reservation indicated that late check-in would not be accepted.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very peaceful and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to the bus for those who use public transportation which is great. I loved it!

It was a short stay, checking in at 9:00 pm and out at 3:00 am. I had a good night sleep and a good start of the day.

Bath tub had hair stuck in the drain. Mattress was very soft and lumpy. The people over us on the 3rd floor was very loud and noisy. I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise. Their kids were very bad and running around. I was exhausted, I had just drove all the way from Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with my little sister and her family. So the next night on Thanksgiving I'm assuming out of retaliation they flooded their tub. The water came down and flooded our bathroom ceiling and walls. I reported it to the front desk and they moved my older sister and I into another room that had only one bed.

Not the hotels fault we had some noisy neighbors on the 3rd floor with us. Would like to see more options for grab and go breakfast

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this place. The room was clean and quiet. The lady at the reception was really nice. We would recommend this place.

The technology went down and caused us to wait even longer for us to be checked in. It was alot after a long flight.
