The shower floor felt slimy, we left the premises and returned to a dirty room, I had to look for someone to clean it, we ran out of toilet paper and had to use my daughter's wipes, why is there only 1 toilet paper in the room, certain staff members had a strong sweaty body odor smell . Even though the building and rooms are beautiful, you guys need to seriously consider changing a few things.

It was advertised as beachfront but we had no view. We had no inside parking and had to park someone in. The water pressure was poor.

Loved the quality of the bed and the warm reception of the Charlie (host). And the exceptionally efficient aircon(it’s clearly maintained)

- other staff members don’t greet - quality of breakfast needs to be worked on - shower head was rusting - pool was drained out (no one communicated this and we had brought swimwear) - WALLS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY THIN. (They’ll hear you and your partner)

Excellent value for money. Room was very comfortable. Aircon was the cherry on top and definitely a gamechanger when considering accommodation options.

The bathtub and shower in one could have been better thought out, but I guess with the limited space available, the host really tried to accommodate both options for guests.

Host was friendly , the room was clean with a comfortable bed and the secure parking behind locked gates met my requirements
