1. asked for an invoice/official receipt as the payment was made direct to the hotel, but the front desk refused to do so. On stead, just issued a handwriting general receipt w/o letterhead/chop. 2. housekeeping is not doing well upon check-in. 3. the hotel is going to be closed soon. no guests check-in at all except me alone. folks, better don't check-in this hotel, surely u will regret it..

Lack of facilities and signages. Had the impression that the property would be just near the main road. Should also consider vending machine for drinks.
