I stayed here for the Cape Town Marathon, and the location was perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of the start line and is also situated along the marathon route, which made race day incredibly convenient. There is a Woolworths supermarket and a coffee shop just a short walk away, making it easy to grab breakfast, snacks, or anything you might need. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt very safe. What impressed me the most was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to provide helpful recommendations and assistance. I would definitely stay here again, especially for anyone visiting Cape Town for the marathon.

Personel and owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was very big. Kitchen was good equipped so you can cook at home if you want. Supermarket is 3 minutes walk and mall is 15 minutes walk. 100% recommended.

Maybe only thing what I can suggest is to repaint room other than that no issues.
