"Very tired after a long flight and could have a nice shower and air conditioning in room."

Staff was very kind and helpful.Room very comfortable for a family and clean.Love the white bedding and towels. Location close to Waterfront .Will definitely stay here again. Hope to be able to stay for a few days.

Was very well located for us

Had to wait outside for 15mins rang the bell no one was there to welcome us at 230pm after it clearly states that we could check in from 2pm, the lady was running late

overall great experience. think booking app should give an option about upstairs or downstairs. Lots of travellers cant do steep stairs. Harry was very accommodating
