INNI - Boutique apartments

Arrived to a very cozy and beautifully decorated apartment in a great location. This place had a great vibe the minute you walked in and looked exactly like the pictures provided. Lovely space for relaxing and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. The bathroom shower was a little small but had plenty of towels and provided nice products to use. A welcome touch was the folder provided with plenty of information on places to go and things to do in the area. Fantastic restaurants and a food hall are walking distance away where you can find some great dining options. One of the highlights of our stay was the use of the sauna, outdoor shower and hot tubs. Robes and slippers were provided and it was a wonderful way to end your evening. We had no hot water one morning and sent a question to the host. Communication was prompt advising what happened and they followed up later to make sure everything was alright.

Our only complaint was the laundry facilities. It was advised to use the wash only cycle which we did but after what seemed to take forever for the washing cycle, our clothes came out dripping wet. I rung them out but due to them being so wet, they took forever to dry. It took 3 hours to do one load of laundry but we did eventually have clean clothes.

Casa estremamente accogliente e curata nei dettagli, dotata di tutto il necessario: olio, sale, spezie, asciugamani e kit di cortesia. Il letto è molto comodo e garantisce un ottimo riposo. La posizione è ideale per muoversi facilmente e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse.

The apartment was spacious, warm and well equipped. For us it was a great location outside of Reykjavik. A very safe neighbourhood with good parking with grocery shops and restaurants very close.

The wellness area was good but the light maybe exposed water that needed a bit of cleaning.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr niedlich, verfügte über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Betten und eine tolle Lage. Sauna und Whirlpool haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen – der Whirlpool ist angenehm warm. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per vorab zugesendetem Code.

Die Sessel vor dem Fernseher sind leider nicht sehr bequem und wirken etwas unpassend platziert, sodass entspanntes Fernsehen schwierig ist! Die Wohnung war leider nicht ganz sauber – es war staubig und nicht gründlich gesaugt.
