The owner was nice, the location was good, near the public and secured parking. The bed was hard, just as we like it.

Fresh towels had smell of sour and also the door in the shower was not as it looked in the pictures (there was half a glass door and a shower curtain).

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that the power in the room was not working. I immediately contacted the front desk and was repeatedly told, “We will come right away.” However, no one showed up for more than two hours, during which I was unable to leave the room. When a staff member finally came, the explanation was simply that they were too busy, which did not feel like a sincere or professional response. In addition, some of the towels provided had a very unpleasant odor, which made them unusable. The Wi-Fi connection was also unstable and would disconnect whenever the room door was closed, making it inconvenient to use. Despite these issues, I later received an email requesting that I leave a positive review, which I found quite inappropriate given the circumstances. I sincerely hope that the management will take these problems seriously and make improvements for future guests.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare Ortigia. Camera spaziosa. Cucina in comune attrezzatissima. Alloggio super consigliato!

La posizione era comoda e il proprietario era disponibile

La porta non si chiudeva... ne a chiave ne in nessun modo inoltre abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio la prima notte e altri 2 la seconda notte.. veramente disgustoso... per il suo costo non li valeva per niente.

Gradevolissimo,Bello il luogo mi ha reso tutto pratico ,facile. Bella questa Piazza,ritornerei Sempre ad ogni Mia Vacanza,grazie soprattutto alla Disponibilita dei proprietari
