Sergio was a brilliant host and a very lovely man. He has built a true 'Small Paradise' and we loved our stay here. The breakfast is simple but ample and he has a snack menu and some beautiful homemade pasta! Also the taxi guy to use is called Dario, a very helpful guy who will pick you up whenever you need him.

The one issue we had was catching buses as we didn't have a car. The location is tricky for walking and the buses are not always available so if we came again we would hire a car and I would advise future guests to do so.

I recently stayed with my family at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Nonno Sergio, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location of the apartment is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Cleanliness was very good, and both the piscine and garden were highlights, offering a great space to relax and unwind. The rooftop is quite spacious, though it can get a bit warm; thankfully, there is air conditioning available to make it more comfortable. One minor drawback was the absence of a fridge in the apartment, which would have been useful during the summer. However, the responsiveness to requests and the flexibility offered by Nonno Sergio, including the use of the piscine and garden beyond checkout time, more than made up for this. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

The swimming pool, garden and leisure space. It was a beautiful and serene surrounding. Water was amazing, just what kids need in summer. Pool was deep enough to dive in and had shallow end for less able swimmers. Close to mondelo beach and bus lines. Conad and lidl around the corner for drivers.

The place we stayed was a nice and relaxing space. The room we had was a quadruple room which was pretty basic and dark. What we missed was the lack of ability to cook own meals where there was a large kitchen in the house. We could do with a fridge in our room or kitchenette in the room instead of heavy furniture. There were no waste bins in the room for general rubbish . Could improve on getting a smart TV with Netflix rather than local one we did not understand. This would increase our comfort in the evenings. The parking inside the property should be free to make people feel more welcomed, but you can park outside the gates. Breakfast was very basic for the price, fruit and bread were questionable quality, I am afraid. Our stay was lovely due to amazing swimming pool, garden and surroundings which the owner took great care of. This makes the place special and help overlook the minuses of accommodation.

The room was dark and dingy. There was no view from the room as advertised The breakfast wasn’t as advertised but when we queried it the owner went and bought supplies The car parking (we were charged extra for) is far from ideal as there is no room for cars to get in and out without moving other parked cars out of the way first

Amazing hotel, Nono Sergio looked after us so well, so friendly and kind. We loved the pool and everything was very clean, the meals were delicious.

This was as described a small paradise. Nonno Sergio made this holiday for us absolutely perfect. It has been such a long time since we met such a lovely gentleman whilst travelling. He was amazingly helpful and his cooking felt like we had a true Sicilian experience. I needed a 6 day rest and that is exactly what we achieved. The children enjoyed their time poolside and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The sunrise from our room was unbelievable. The location is out of town, with a handy bus stop outside.

A true little piece of paradise, we would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for unwinding in the beautiful city of Palermo. A great location for getting to the old town, bars and beaches. We have had such a relaxing stay in this beautiful accommodation. Nonno Sergie has been a fabulous host, such a kind, welcoming, gentle man.
