check in staff was not very friendly and room was not cleaned. I was relocated, but it was a huge inconvenience. I was literally crawling into bed when I realized the sheets looked a little dirty and was actually crawling into bed when pulling back the sheets revealed all kinds of hair in the sheets
USRoom was updated and clean, location was fine.
The bedsheets had not been changed out. I found smudges, hair and dirt on the bed

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6, by 6:30 the only thing available was bread products and cereal. We chose not to continue to wait and continued on our trip.
USTypical continental breakfast. Kinda on the yucky side. I expected queen size beds but they were regular full beds. Elevator old as me and slow as molasses. I was on 2nd floor and could hear the people outside having a party until late in the night. Just an uncomfortable stay. TV in second room didn't work.
