nice place clean staff really friendly good room good place in the front yard comfortable tables and seat to enjoy outside nice mini river in the garden really cheap place to eat nearby

location is not so good to go to chaing mai center (the square) you need a car or walk at least 20 minutes to reach the outer rim but scooters are for rent really cheap

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Was excellent value for the price. I highly recommend staying at this property

We booked a room with a balcony and we didn’t get it (however the hotel gave us a refund) The location wasn’t close to anything we wanted to do but transportation is pretty cheap and easy to get from the hotel.
