Dealbreaker is the crazy design of an indoor pool surrounded by three open-air floors of rooms. The constant pool noise is the central feature of this property, echoing out and up to the guest rooms until the pool closes at 10 PM. The architect who designed this place must have been deaf.
USThe breakfast was phenomenal and the women working in the breakfast were extremely attentive and efficient. (I forgot their names! And I even asked one of the young ladies for her name. Shoot!)

TV only got 1 channel
I gave this place 5 because the beds were great. The breakfast spread was as complete as any, and the indoor pool/jacuzzi looked inviting. But… I wanted to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub in the room, and the tub stopper didn’t work. I wanted to grab some cookies from a vending machine (my sweet tooth was acting up) and that didn’t work. And the feed from Direct TV to the television didn’t work, although that was fixed within an hour and a half. I let the front desk staff know about these things, and they sorta stared at me - I hope they didn’t think I was a complainer. Anyhow, a great place to stay and it’d be truly great if they focused on keeping things shipshape.
USThis is an older hotel and the room was spacious compared to other newer hotels in the same tier. It was nice to have a table and two chairs in the room for eating meals and playing games. The breakfast area was huge with a nice view of the mountains. The woman who checked us in was friendly, engaging, and entertaining.
USIt has a beautiful swim spa area and tge room was clean and very nice.
The breakfast was a big disappointment. The juice machine didn't work and the food was bland.
USMy kids loved the pool. We loved the room and was so happy it was pet friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. Staff were all friendly.
I have nothing negative to say about the place.
