The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was quiet, clean, n the breakfast was very good. Also 24/7 coffee was a huge plus. We would stay again when visiting family!!
We had bugs. Aunts actually all over the room the manger switched rooms out the 2nd day there. The hot tub didn't work.

There was hardly anything good to say about this hotel. The only highlight was the cookies at the front desk. The bed linens were dirty and the staff refused to turn them. They said that they were only done every third day upon request. But they were dirty before we laid on the king sized bed. The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. The heater/ac unit did not shut off at all. It was either full blast heat or full blast cold. Turning it off did nothing but turn it into a window fan and it couldn’t be unplugged. Needless to say it made sleeping very uncomfortable as it was so close to the bed. The bathroom in the king sized suite was so small that it was impossible to turn around in. But the finishings were nice at least! The suite’s couch was very dirty. And the rooms lighting was extremely dim. Save yourself the money and experience by booking anywhere else.

Check in staff were friendly. Had a room with king bed and pull out couch for 4 people. Had to call for bedding for pull out couch and was told I needed to come to front desk to get it. When questioned if someone could bring it up she hesitantly agreed. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible but my 3 yr old found a vape in the room from a previous guest. Hot tub was nice and pool was nice temperature just very chlorinated.
We were not able to check into our room until almost 7pm. Normal check in was 3 pm
