Very beautiful inside

Pay for parking and lady at front desk was very mean.

The hotel and the room were immaculate and very clean. The location was great.

The lighting in the room was too dim. There was not a microwave in the room. There was not a cart to roll our luggage to the room. And, the website said that there would be a free breakfast, which was not true. There is a cost for breakfast.

Hotel, room and furniture very old!!!! It needs to be refreshed and cleaned The Windows in our suite were disgusting We had an issue with the coffee machine. They had to change three times the coffee machine, and at the end it was still not working.

The hotel looks average from the outside, but the inside is beautiful!

The hotel and its location were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds made for a very pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I had paid extra to have breakfast included, so I expected a better experience. We arrived at 10:50 am (well within the stated weekend hours of 10 am to 1 pm) and waited until 11:20 am. Despite also speaking with a staff member, the cheese plates, fruit, and cold cuts were never refilled. Plates were all empty. While it’s understandable for items to run low closer to closing time, this was still quite early in the service window. Overall, this was the only negative aspect of an otherwise enjoyable stay
