Front of house manager and night manager need to be looked at. They wouldnt tell my wife our room number

I love how quiet it was and the atmosphere was great. So closed to many activities.

The property was beautiful. Everybody was very professional clean and yes, Yasmin Hernandez that works at the front desk was excellent. Very helpful through the whole stay

Great place to stay

Had a hiccup upon arrival with my room, but she accommodated me for the misunderstanding. However, The toilet was extremely low to the floor. There wasn’t proper parking and no microwave in the room. Other than that it was a lovely hotel very welcoming and friendly.

Bathroom had issues that were not corrected after giving front desk two notices. Housekeeping walked in without knocking.

Very nice atmosphere with clean rooms

The property was elegant, comfortable clean. It has a great pool that is both indoor and outdoor. The staff were great both friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the internet did not work the whole time I was there, despite reporting it to the front desk. The TV was also too soft to hear most dialogue. But the beds were comfortable and it was resonable and suites the purpose for being there for a race at Cota which was not far away. Tge breakfast was limited and aquality was good but nothing amazing except the french toast.
