Great customer service by far. 100% for James at the front desk. He was very polite and treated us with respect..

This Sheraton never disappoints. James at the front desk started my stay off on the right foot with his great energy getting us exactly what we needed. He made me feel seen and like I was a real VIP. Lounge was always well stocked and taken care of. Location is perfect.

Where do I begin?? From the time I arrived, Melissa, Nikki, Michael, and Andrew FELT LIKE FAMILY! They were helpful and carried on conversations with me as if we had known each other for years. As someone from Germantown, I like to come back and KNOW I’m home! They were funny, professional, WELL DRESSED (shout out to Andrew’s picket square and Nikki’s purple shirt) and genuinely friendly. Melissa and I talked about my other hometown and Michael hopped in the conversation because he recognized the type of spirits I like to have around. I cannot express how important it is to have staff like this at the front of the house! For those that can’t navigate Philly, you need folks that will make them feel at ease, even if just at the beginning and ending it a day. These four are ASSETS to your company.

Noticed in the bathroom that hot water was intermittent at best. Mostly cold water came out of the tap no matter how long I let it run

I love this Hotel, it was at the beginning of my trip centrally located, and the cost was reasonable, the staff are so nice, and they have a parking cost less than any parking in the surrounding area, I got access to the club lounge, and that was great indeed, breakfast & Dinner are so nice & delicious, the variety is not too much, but it's tasty and enough.

The staff was fantastic and very attentive. But the food was horrible and very expensive. There was nothing special about the guest rooms.
