Sauna wurde nicht warm

The location was excellent - close to the station and near to the bus stops for the city. Rooms really comfortable. Breakfast tasty although coffee cups were a bit small. Gluten free options delivered in a timely fashion. We had to wait for an evening sleeper and although we weren't able to extend our check out time (hotel was fully booked) we were able to use the comfortable lounge, charge our devices and use the bathroom until we needed to leave. Superb views from the hotel.

The scrambled eggs were overcooked and so was the bacon. More accessible bathrooms on the breakfast room floor and the lounge would have been helpful.

整体都非常不错，干净清爽，主要是新。14楼酒吧氛围不错、15楼早餐厅也很好。

Perfect location to train station, easy access to buses to get around and easy walk into the city. Rooms extremely comfortable, substantial breakfast and staff were very friendly and sooooo helpful. We loved our 2 days in Salzburg.
