Great straight forward hotel. I was looking for somewhere clean and reasonably priced for an overnight trip. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. It doesn’t have a bar or breakfast etc but if you are needing somewhere to stay while working or on a journey, this is excellent.

Always so good when we are doing a Knockhill Racing weekend. Staff are great and hotel is very accomodating for your needs also. Hot chocolate is BRAW.

Friendly staff it was a little strange at first because it was so quite when we checked in and the fact it was in the middle of an industrial estate but the location was actually great since the kelpies where just a 2 min walk from the hotel
