We experienced genuine hospitality from the heart during our stay. Our 6-year-old daughter tripped in the parking lot after her clothes became tangled. The hotel owner happened to be passing by, and he immediately rushed over to help, ensuring she was alright. He stayed with us to offer any additional assistance and even offered a bandage and first-aid kit, though thankfully she wasn’t injured. We checked in, had a comfortable stay, and departed the next morning—but the kindness didn’t end there. The following day, the owner personally called to check on our daughter’s well-being. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out. He didn’t just appear caring in the moment; he genuinely cared enough to remember us during a busy Thanksgiving weekend while attending a family wedding several hundred miles away. Old hotel but we would rather come back to an older Hampton whose staff and management care about the guests than a newer one with more corporate culture. We highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn St. Charles/St. Peters. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast had great options and everything tasted fresh. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I also appreciated the safe and quiet environment. Overall, it was a perfect and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay & Amazing Staff! I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in St. Charles/St. Peters. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the entire hotel felt inviting. The breakfast was fresh and had great options, and the common areas were always tidy. I also want to highlight how friendly and professional the team was throughout my stay they made the experience even better. I really appreciated their kindness and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again!

I will never recommend anyone to stay there! First I reserved two queen beds and got two double beds, however the rooms were so small that my gma with a small walker couldn’t even get in the bathroom with it. The beds were super hard and hurt our backs. The coffee machine didn’t work however when I asked they did get us a new one. There is no microwaves in the room. Nothing was stocked, we had to ask for tissue because it was supper dry and there was none in our room. The outlets by the bed side was so loose my charger fell out. Then my husband had to go down to get hot chocolate and asked the person working if they could refill the hot water because he wanted hot chocolate, the gentleman stated “oh yeah I’ll get to it some time tonight”. Then come breakfast, I was hoping for a better morning, they didn’t make oatmeal at all, nothing was yet again stocked. The juice came out water and had to find someone to change that, milk was warm, and you had to peel your own eggs for hard boiled eggs. I have never stayed as such a ran down hotel for the price we paid. I requested points for our conveniences and they didn’t even want to do that until my husband requested them to. They only have us less 600 points extra. If I would have known that I would have requested a bigger discount. I’m NOT HAPPY. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY THERE!

I had to switch hotels due to issues. They were empathetic to my situation and bought me some chocolate! Tysm! That made my night!
