Positives-It’s clean and has a great vibe. Negatives- you can not get coffee until 7am on the weekends, even cheap hotels have it 24-7. They also start the music so early and it’s loud.

The cleanliness of the building

The staff was ok but wasn't too concerned about the rollies that help you get your things upstairs which was horrible. My fiance got one took it upstairs he was upstairs less than 5 minutes and a knock on the door from staff. They asked for us to return it or qe would be charged. What got me was the next day when I went to leave no rollies available I had to carry heavy things to my car it was horrible. Staff didnt care and wasn't concerned.

This is my 3rd stay in 5 years at this property- and it felt "off". Conference Center 1st floor- Ladies Room has LOW water pressure both in toilets and sinks, and ran out of toilet paper a few times. Room- stayed 3 nights in a King suite- THREE times I went down on day 2 and asked for maid service but never received. Microwave turn table did not stay on. Soap dispenser on wall fell off and nail laid on our bathroom vanity rusty when checked in. Breakfast buffet- while the staff was friendly and cooks in the omelet station where great, the area itself seemed cheap (paper plates and no fruit). Restaurant was closed on Sunday for lunch . Kudos to the shuttle service- from airport pickup to taking us to local restaurants. Hector was wonderful with his suggestions and humor. The hotel is updating their rooms, and constructions can get noisy at times. They did not work on the weekends.

Nice room

Not a happy experience starting with the shuttle van not arriving for over 1 hr forcing us to take a $30 taxi for which they refused to reimburse us. The "suite" (room 307) was tattered with a huge, beatup conference table in the "living room" and soiled carpeting. The breakfast was horrible. Limited fruit. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. No regular milk and the skim milk was spoiled. When I complained they offered to go to the supermarket to buy some unspoiled milk. Instead, I went to the little market off the lobby and stole some drinkable milk.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice.

The elevators didn’t work and the breakfast wasn’t well organized or have well kept areas.
