Very clean and spacious rooms.

The very first staffer we met was not so friendly. It took too long to get our rooms ready and since we were on a time crunch we had to cancel one of the rooms and ended up with 3 per room.

The Managers reception was nice because of the skill of the bartenders!! The staff was friendly . The public areas were sparkling clean.

The quality of the breakfast food was mediocre. When I called to ask for my room to be cleaned the front desk said OK but no one came. Nor did the engineer come to fix the smoke detector. I asked for towels and that never came either. The quality of the snack food at the reception was mediocre. The worst chips and salsa ever.

Very clean, organized. Lovely lobby/atrium. Spacious room. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, snacks and buffet breakfast.

The atrium was extremely hot as was our room. We could not get it to cool below 80 for most of our stay. In our unit, the hand soap in the bathroom was completely empty and the microwave didn’t work, which was inconvenient. In the AM, we discovered we were only provided with decaf coffee. While these are not deal breakers, it was inconvenient. However we would stay at a different Embassy Suites again.
