"Stinky room"

The bed only had two pillows and it was me and my girlfriend staying the night and the room smell like a cat pee.

The condition of the rooms are very poor it’s roaches and the showers are beyond nasty I couldn’t even shower without slides on that’s disgusting

"Red Roof Inn in Midtown Savannah GA, not worth it"

I have been staying at Hotels in Midtown Savannah GA for the past four weeks - I will not pay to stay at this specific hotel again. Besides the fact that they did not offer any type of breakfast - the towels were like sandpaper. The bed is possibly the only upgrade in the past 15 to 20 years.

This place was dirty, full of drug addicts and the staff was rude. There were stains on the beds, the bathroom had mold, orange substance and hair in the bath tub. Black mold on the lamp shades. The room smelled moldy and smelled like cigarettes. This place was disgusting.

Upon checking in, the desk clerk was sitting and did not greet me. I hollered “hello” before he even spoke. He was friendly but had no teeth. The property was sketchy to say the least. The room was disgusting didn’t look like it had been cleaned (ever), the furniture was stained and broken, lamps were rusted and dusted, the bed sheets and pillows had hair on them as well as the towels. The bathroom was dirty, more broken fixtures and counter, sinks were missing parts. Before we finished the very brief walk thru a roach decided to say “hey”. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT!

This place is disgusting! I have no idea how it has somewhat decent reviews & rating unless it’s from YEARS ago! I’m including pics of what we dealt with before finally giving up & leaving this cockroach inn. 1st room had stagnant water puddle outside bathroom door with flies & gnats so we argued with them for another room (they just wanted to mop it up & leave us there) when we got 2nd room, pics are what we dealt with. Knew better than to ask for another room change so it was TIME TO GO! This is 3rd Red Roof Inn we’ve had issues with this year so not sure what’s going on with these properties but we won’t take chance of booking one ever again. They have gone downhill quick

I found the cleanliness in the bathroom undesirable. The inside of tub appeared clean, but the outside wall of tub was dirty. There were brown caked on smudges on the bathroom and bedroom walls. I cleaned it. Couldn't stand looking at it all night. The wall socket near the sink had hardened paint in it, so I could not use my blow dryer. The bathroom just was not clean looking. Color of paint awful.
