Value Suites Extended Stay - Arlington

Location is the only thing going for this place.

It is unclean, no phone. Non smoking rooms smell like an ashtray. Front desk is no help

Check out immediately due to room was filthy!

Room was filthy!

Place was not a hotel people were living in the these suites you had females in short shorts with their bottoms out. Front entrance you had a dog with an owner (homeless sitting out front) smokers all around the building. Online pictures are deceiving

Cold room

1 do no trust the site images, beyond false. This is more of a long term stay there are permanent residents at this location. The lampshade was taped, cigarette burns all over the carpet, keep in mind I asked for a smoke free room. Shower took a while for hot water to kick in, toilet would not flush and the floors were dirty. On the brighter side of things the room was cold.

Mr. White was the only good thing about it

We got catfished. It looks like an old, ran down apartment. There were items outside that made us ask for a refund instantly.

The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner.

The police were nice! The staff were helpful during orders. Refunded money.

Traveling with four children. Was woke up in the middle of the night to four gun shots and the police knocking on the doors next to ours. Woke up the children and promptly switched hotels.

Nothing

This place was sketchy AF!!! Did not feel safe. we left & went somewhere else.
