The staff were so nice and very accommodating to our requests. We also liked the variety of free breakfast meals they offered. The rooms were clean and comfy. The indoor pool was a plus, especially for us who have kids. For a group or family traveling together, El Puerto Boracay is definitely good value for your money!

Lack of water kettle & complimentary drinks. Also there's a lot of mosquitoes in the area, I wish they could address that concern. Other than those mentioned. Everything is great.
