Hotel Inn Santa Fe

I liked it so I stayed two nights. Clean and comfortable with a staff who were friendly and would solve problems quickly. Had a couch which I appreciated. Simple but great value for the price.

By far the best deal. Although it’s not a five star hotel, this place is very clean. The staff is excellent. The amenities around the hotel are very convenient. And what I mean by the staff is excellent as I needed a refrigerator for medical use and they provided me with a room that had one right away.

Could not see what the thermostat was set on the tv wasn’t working Room was clean and nice

I stayed here because of the reviews on Expedia and the price. When I got here it was way different than the pictures. The hotel seems unfinished. The towel rack was missing rails and came apart when I got a towel. My room had a lot of empty space.

Friendly staff. Gym. Microwave and mini fridge. Interior corridors with cameras.

Everything was good, but the bed I think need new bed my I can feel the spring on my bach

Overall it was fine for my needs and a quick stay. Pros: Room was clean. Staff was nice. Cons: The exterior door at the back of the hotel nearest my room was broken. This was mirrored in the two non-electronic security locks on the interior of my door both being broken as well. The fridge didn't work, the curtain rod was coming off on the left side. The "seasonal" pool was completely drained despite the weather being very hot in mid-september as expected No breakfast or even coffee provided.

Was very disappointed. No elevator, stairs were dangerous. Carpet was ripped and hand rail was almost unattached from floor. Wobbly and frightening. Both me and my husband are elderly so carrying our suitcase was a challenge.

The room was clean, the refrigerator had been removed, the coffee pot was broken, the bathtub had no stopper. The bath towels were small and not soft and only 2 of them.
