Great place to stay, quiet and close enough to airport to walk!

Rooms need Updating, Windows and overall Cleanliness was poor. A portable Fan in the room was full of dust, Windows were very dirty, TV never worked.

Outdated, dirty and smells like old smoke

Photos of pool and onsite restaurant, but neither are open. Pool has been closed for 5 years. Did not respond to Booking.com messages about shuttle service. We were told we needed to contact the hotel directly, after paying for an Uber from the ferry. Credit card and bill ran before review and checkout then told it couldn’t be reversed. Poor hotel management.

Location, room size

Unpleasant sweetish smell in the room. There is airport shuttle but the property neither responded my questions about it, nor confirmed my request. How am I supposed to know, when and where the shuttle would be or would it be at all?

Not bad great staff

One of the 2 elevators were broken. Difficult to get help from the front desk. No luggage carts. Rooms were quite dirty in corners and on the bathroom floor. sinks need fixing - poor drains. The transport was helpful to the hotel, but late.

We arrived very early due to travel delay and were accommodated by the staff. The hotel is very rundown and not clean, although the room was fairly clean. We walked to the airport, from there, which was great. There was actually a freezer in our room. No food options in the hotel but the staff recommended Donna's..which was just ok.

Reservation cancelled day of arrival. Couldn’t charge

The staff was wonderful!
