This property needs an upgrade, the carpet in the hallways and the rooms are dark, worn, and hold in a stale odor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room snore. The only saving grace for this property is the staff is exceptional. Very good customer service, which is surprising since they work at property that needs a lot of apologizing for.

"Worst hotel in Dallas for a solo female"

When I got to the property and tried to check in, I was told by Ricky that I was banned from the Property and would not be able to check in due to complaints against me and when I asked him what the complaints are, he literally told me everything that I complained about Because the people in the room next to me kept me up till 5 AM my last day and I ended up checking out out of the hotel because they refuse to move me to another room. I was also sexually assaulted by one of their employees, and Ricky & Jacky tried to cover it up.

"Banned me all because of grimy employees they have"

Been staying here 2 1/2 months every other week for work . Today I go to check in and Ricky decides I’m banned randomly because his employee victor sl*pt with me . Crazy that they ban me all because their employee can’t keep his p in his pants . Legit have videos of us & text of him sneaking into my room before & after work but I’m the one that gets banned . Corporate gonna love this . Beware of victor , Ricky & Jackie the bartender . They are fake . Also Ricky stated I was banned for making a complaint on the room next to me . Smh . Lady and her kids kept me up till 5 am and I ended up leaving so I didn’t have to deal with it anymore . Also have those text .
