Breakfast was good

Dirty flooring and bed, at time of booking it said a crib is available but when we got there we were told there is no crib and they don’t know why that’s advertised on booking

Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines. The first floor machine was unplugged, and the only working machine was located on the fourth floor.

I always stay at Hampton Inns because I travel with my dog. While I stay at this property twice or more a year, I have never had a room like this. The window shade was broken, the toilet rocked and the bathroom in general needs an upgrade. If this is considered a "handicap accessible" room, it really needs a walk in shower.

The woman that was on at night was AMAZING! The rooms were dirty, smelled like mildew, pool was unusable because of how green and dirty it was. Spiders in corners, stains on the rugs, broken outlets etc.

Room needed repair to baseboards which were laying on the floor with glue exposed. Bathtub water spigot leaked and could not be shut off.

Id recommend a stay.

Location is great but there were a lot of things in the room not working or falling apart. No ice machine working on our floor, only certain floors.

It’s ok. Probably our last time going there.
