Nothing staff member was rude and unprofessional systems were down would not be check in and ended up having tk stay at another place. The front desk lady was unable to anwear any of my questions or if I could get refunded. Very horrible experiance.

Easy to get to

It was close off I-95. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice tv

No door on the bathroom!! No working ice machines on our floor or first floor. Except for check in, no front desk agents.

The bed was comfortable

No hot water and no response from the staff or manager to address our concerns. Hotel is dated, not a good value. When you traveling on interstate 95, your needs are a good bed and hot shower. No hot water is not acceptable. The staff was not helpful and they said the manager would call. I called twice with no response.

The place was in a beautiful scenic area and the breakfast was delicious

Our door wouldn’t shut without being slammed, and I had asked for a shower with a grab bar for an elderly parent. I was told that it would be accommodated but it wasn’t, and since the hotel was booked solid, there was not another room we could move to.

Room was in need of maintenance. Caulk missing at the sink and a wide gap. Water Shut off to the toilet was missing. Stains on the walls from something un- identified. The track for the Barn door to the bathroom had been ripped from the wall. The place needed cleaning and up keep.But I understand that when traveling with a pet I will often be given a less desirable room....but still be charged extra.
