Hotel Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place

Excellent location. Confortable and clean

Value for money. I still feel overpriced

The location of this hotel is excellent—just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and Grand Place, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a major issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working. We reported it, but were informed that no technician was available to fix it. We also requested a room change, but were told that no alternative rooms were available. While the staff were polite and brought us fans, I would think a functioning air-conditioning system is a basic expectation, especially during warmer weather. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected a more satisfactory response to the situation. Great location, but the handling of this issue left much to be desired.

Pokój dla 2 doroslych i 2 nastolatków odpowiedniej wielkości. Bardzo dobrym pomysłem są 2 łóżka dostawki dla dzieciaków a nie jedna sofa. Bardxo duży plus! Bardzo dobre śniadania. Położenie hotelu w samym centrum.

Very close to everything, so it is the best location. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was very clean and nice. The lounge was nice as well.

There was only public wifi.
