The property was clean and the staff were very nice.

There were a couple issues with the room. The sealing around the door was missing so light and dust came through, the tub didn’t drain properly leaving a foot of water while showering, and the hair dryer wasn’t working.

The price was good. The property was clean.

The internet didn’t work during the stay. The wifi had issues and the staff didn’t bother solving it.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had the worst experiences ever. The room was infested with bed bugs — my child woke up with bite marks all over the face, arms, and legs, lined up in rows (classic bed bug pattern). I was also bitten on my arms and legs, and shortly after leaving, my child even started vomiting. The hygiene was shocking. There were black spots on the bedding (likely bed bug feces), the floor was so dirty that walking barefoot turned our feet black, and there was trash in multiple areas of the hallway and near the elevator. The Wi‑Fi was so slow it was practically unusable — my child couldn’t even watch a short cartoon on the iPad.

We experienced severe hygiene problems during our stay. Both my young child and I were bitten by bed bugs. I found black spots on the bedding and had photos as evidence. The hallway and areas near the elevator were also dirty with trash left out. When I reported the issue, the front desk refused to provide any written confirmation and said the manager was unavailable. This was extremely upsetting and ruined our travel plans. We had to cancel our next hotel because of the bites and health concerns. I do not recommend this property, especially for families with children.

Easy access and close to the airport, just what I needed for 1 night.

Everything looks poorly repaired … and didn’t realize it’s between several adult strip clubs

Yes room was nice and so was staff needed extra blankets and towels for pool and stuff had no issue give us more.
