I typically avoid reviews in general more so negative ones, because I feel bad for the owners. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe I stayed there on a bad day. However, I felt it was necessary to leave a review this time for the sake of anyone considering booking this place. DO NOT book here! The pictures and profile of this place do not match the actual accommodations. As soon as you walk in, there is an overpowering smell of cleaning products. They seem to be trying to mask other unpleasant odors by using excessive cleaners. My room was dirty; it had a hole in the wall and hair was in the sheets of another room.This place did not feel safe at all. It has a vibe that resembles a hotel used for illicit activities, especially since there is a strip club just a block away. There were homeless individuals walking the streets, and in the corner of the hotel's parking lot, there were men drinking and smoking. I highly discourage anyone from staying here, especially if traveling with children. I did not stay here I ended up leaving this place and booking another place, the Embassy Suites by Hilton, and the price difference was only about $20 in a safe location Well worth it ! Do your research you’ll find a way better place at the same cost, trust me I regret not doing mine beforehand.

Location, beds, and pillows

No shampoo, lotion, Kleenex. The room was a bit shabby with cracked linoleum and sink stopper and toilet flusher. The lamp by the west side of bed only worked if the light switch by the door was on.

Nice and clean , staff is great

Absolutely dirty & horrible property. The worst that I have seen in my life so far ! Even after a month they haven’t refunded the security deposit of $100 ! This means that they are not reliable, trustworthy & are thieves !

Good and relaxing

It would be nice if it was gated but very accommodating and greatly appreciated the upgrade when sold out upon arrival

The woman that checked us on was the only good thing about this property.

Everything. There was hair in the shower. The shower was oxidized. There were crumbs on the sheets which we didn’t know until we laid down. There was one towel. There was a used half a roll of toilet paper. Two of the pillow cases had makeup on them. The tv in the room didn’t work. There weren’t any trash cans anywhere in the suite. The toilet seat was broken. You had to hold on to it while you used it otherwise it would slip. Everything was dusty and/or dirty. I was bit by idk what in my sleep. I have six welts. We couldn’t even do anything about it because we were told at checkout that we got the last room. It was late and we had no other option than to stay in that dirty room.
