Quality Inn Delta Gateway to Rocky Mountains

It was a good stay and rooms were clean, but I do wish it wasn't difficult to talk the front desk into another pillow or two. I asked for two extra pillows for a one night stay, he gave me one without a pillowcase. When I asked for a pillowcase, he said they didnt have any. I then said that's weird cause all the other bedroom pillows had pillowcases. He then went and came back with a pillowcase. It was like pulling teeth to get some extra comfort, lol.

The female staff at the front desk was great

wall behind recliner looked like it was painted with mustard to cover a hole, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall, a leak above the shower looked like someone threw up the spackle and paint, there was a board under the king size bed on the left side that was hanging down to the floor so the bed was lop sided, there was no screen on the widow, the mirror in the bathroom was hanging sideways. My credit card was charged a fee without my knowledge.

Very convenient, right off the highway. Close to a variety of restaurants, a gas station. Easy in and out

The Lobby and hall way stank of rotten food. Somebody was cooking rotten food.! This hotel needs a surprise inspection. If the room had stank as bad as the lobby. I would not have stayed there!

Hassle free

We had two rooms, one that was the full four days and one that we had for other colleagues who joined us for two days of that trip. Their room started leaking in the middle of the night and they had to switch rooms. When I asked for a deduction, I got a $20 refund. The "manager" was very short with me about even giving me that. Seriously?! The breakfast was subpar to say the least. Even the bananas were turning brown. The woman who worked at night and the daytime man (not the manager) were very friendly and helpful. They were, honestly, the only good thing about the visit.

Clean but dated Bathroom was tiny not much room to turn around No elevator Breakfast was awful eggs and sausage patties were not cooked Refrigerator in our room was broken and ice machine was out of order I pre paid for our room thru a third party booking app and hotel charged me again have to wait 72 hours to get things cleared up

All amenities out of order. Window cracked. Fridge kept not working. Had to have them reset my room card twice.
