"Very Good"

Great location : tram stop very close to the hotel, with regular tramways to go to the center (ETH; railway station) and the lake (art museum). Also possible to walk from (uphill, approx. 30 min) and to (downhill, approx 20 min) the railway station . Nice neighborhood, very nice houses around.

The room was very small, much smaller than it looks on the pictures.

Nada me gustó...habitaciones muy pequeñas. Los baños mini y tuvimos que tomar habitación sin puerta en el baño. Lamentable.

El desayuno pobrísimo.

Gute Lage

Hatte geheißen drei Bett Zimmer. Jedoch nur ein großes Bett zum auseinander ziehen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert,bei fast 30'grad.

"I will not recomment this hotel to anyone."

Worst customer service staff. I complained about air conditioning and it was not resolved

I paid extra to get air conditioning room , but it did not work and the room was boiling. I tried to get my money back so i could change the hotel but that was also not possible.
