"River walk is very touristic and could be a lot cleaner - they need to get boat companies clean up."

History of the building and convenient location. Building well maintained. Complimentary water and service of bed making.

Parking on site ridiculously expensive. Parking directly across the road a fraction of the cost. That breakfast was only à la carte! Pool was overrun with children so we never made use of it. WiFi- this was disastrous- although booking g comes with wifi you have to go through reception where process wasted our time and we still don’t know if we were charged for it as an extra service or not. That has to be streamlined! Lifts very slow!

"The hotel was lovely."

Loved the proximity to the river and the history.

Parking fee was high. We dropped the car off on arrival and picked it up upon departure. It cost over $100 and they never moved the car.

"$350 is a lot of money and I didn’t see the value. The taxes on the room were absolutely outrageous."

"A perfect San Antonio weekend"

The location is perfect! A few steps to the river walk or right in the heart of the city! The room was cozy, comfortable and quiet! The staff were amazing, kind, helpful and attentive! Definitely would recommend!

"Awesome stay"

Excellent, nothing negative at all. Staff is so professional and welcoming; always made eye contact and smile at you. The room and balcony overlooking the river was awesome! Bed and pillows comfy, very clean. Beautiful property and hotel with history and charm. I mentioned we came for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they sent up champagne and cupcakes to our room. The Four Brothers restaurant was amazing. We will definitely stay again when we visit again.

"Lovely time"

The hotel has an excellent location and was well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful and we loved the small touches they provided to make us feel valued. Plus, the onsite restaurant, the Four Brothers, happened to be the best restaurant we experienced in the River Walk — high quality food, drink, and service.

It's in a great location and staff is awesome

A lot of the rooms need updating. They overbooked and gave me a room i didn't like the first night
