Residence Le Grazie Est

Great location

The kindness and service mindedness of the staff, the fabulous location, the vicinity of the beaches, the quietness, the plenty of available services (bar,, laundry service, tennis field, roofed parking, towel and bed sheets change once a week).

Nothing, we really loved staying at the Residence Le Grazie Est. We would only have liked to have A/C in the living room/bedroom (where the kids slept) too and a dish rack in the kitchen.

Beautiful location near a small beach and dive center, view, proximity to Capoliveri, the pool, friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of attention to details that may appear small but make the difference for a place at this price (e.g. soap bar in bathroom, dish soap, sponge and rag in kitchen, more than one roll of toilet paper), toilet at the pool was dirty at 10am and badly maintained, could put more plants between terraces to create more private feel, etc. Reception is closed between 1-4pm and very difficult to access staff if you need something during this period (not very responsive on What’s Ap).
